So as most of you know, Aunt Jenny’s son, Justin was married on August 6th. We traveled to Oregon to celebrate the occasion and hang with the family. We were able to visit some vineyards and other attractions in the Salem area. The weather was AMAZING…a crisp 50-ish degrees in the morning with the high’s never topping 85. It was HEAVEN for Daddy! Amelia took her first flight and did beautifully! She was such a trooper the whole 10 days for being very much out of her element! Mommy survived the flights…not so gracefully, but no panic attack! We had a small setback…a stomach bug ran rampant through the house contaminating all but 7 of the 13 people in the house. Amelia was one of the lucky ones! Mommy and Daddy weren’t so lucky! We got to spend time with Aunt Jenny and the whole Comeaux clan. The wedding was beautiful! Such a great venue and atmosphere…and the bride and groom were so sweet! We made it home Monday night…just in time for Momma to go back to work on Tuesday. Happy New School Year! Enjoy the photos!
If you look very close there is a black spec in the middle of the picture in the tree! It is a Bald Eagle!! Our camera lens could not zoom that far to get a closer view.
We finally know where our Christmas Tree comes from!!
